ABOUT US
Specific strategies and support for high-growth allied staffing companies
Our model is unique. We are not generalists. We know the therapy and allied staffing business and are building the dominate brand in Florida.
We acquire and support therapy and allied staffing companies. Serving primarily home health agencies, affiliate companies serve as an extension of their post-acute customer’s workforce, providing quality, consistency, and flexibility in patient care and provider staffing.
our model
Invest Optimize Grow
We combine the economies and operational efficiencies of a larger company with the benefits of locally run organizations to deliver quality and timeliness across a broad scope of therapy and allied staffing solutions.
foundation:
Affiliate companies must first have strong brand recognition in their market and a reputation for delivering high-quality service resulting in engaged, highly satisfied customers.
Building Blocks:
We then complement these foundational pillars by providing support in operational areas where smaller, regional companies often struggle.
